And India shining it is

Well there are Fridays in which you feel happy that a hard week is coming to an end and you can party and then there are Fridays in which you feel happy because you can sleep. But this Friday is different because when you’ll wake up tomorrow morning, you will realize that this is a new dawn altogether, you’ll see that there is hope now, but most importantly you’ll see that a whole country has woken up from a deep slumber, a sleep that had been induced by the blatant ignorance of the “AAM AADMI” and the monarchist rulers of the world’s largest democracy (yes, you heard me “democracy”).

I’m guessing by this time everyone would have seen what’s happening. The ruling party couldn't get 10% of the seats, people who promised to bring the change are looking for a place to hide their faces( yes I know some of them are just beyond words like shame, so let’s not consider them), the “king makers” are pondering over their own unmaking. Yes, all that has happened, and in a country like ours if this is the situation, you know something phenomenal has happened. And phenomenal it is, because I for one have not seen this country as one in my life. But yeah, finally the day has arrived when we are not talking about Andhra or Tamil Nadu or Maharashtra or Bihar. We are talking about India. Man…. Who would've thought something like this could happen.

And yeah no matter how much of a hater you are, no matter how hard you try to ignore the obvious, how much you try to remind us of something that happened long back, there is no denying the fact that finally this country has found someone to cling on to. That one person has given us hope, that one person  has proved that no matter how have you started the journey, whatever past you have, if you excel at what you do, people are going to see, people are going to believe in you and you’ll be rewarded.

But the most obvious lesson that could and should be learnt from this outcome is very obvious. And it is that if you want to rule over a country you cannot keep denying the majority of the country. You can not fool us forever. One of these days people are going to see what you are doing. For a country that feels proud in calling itself young, if you keep ignoring the interests of the majority, you’ll be shown your place. And then the phrase “JANTA MAAF NAHI KAREGI” isn’t just a phrase a movie at all.

Finally to conclude I can say that I, along with some 450 million youth population of the country, am looking for a better future than had in the past. We wouldn't mind getting the same opportunities as some of the “underprivileged” brothers of ours. We wouldn't mind our country retaliating with full force and with extreme prejudice to people who think they can have our land. We would like to again become the shining light of the world. And even if each and everything that we want is not possible, we would still like to achieve at least what we can. This Friday does promise us a few of these things. Let’s all of us join hand for a better tomorrow.
JAI HIND. JAI BHARAT.
