what is and what will always be mine
Every time I gaze out the window, and see the waning moon
shine,
The same old question haunts me, why can’t she be mine,
The wind cries in the distance, the trees do nothing but
whine,
And my heart couldn't stand it; it just wishes that you were
mine,
It wasn't my fault or hers; it was just really wrong time,
And as you move farther away, I wonder if you’ll ever be
mine,
Every time you come in front of me, you only look more
sublime,
And the world stops right there, Waiting for you to be mine,
You say that I have hurt you but that was all fate’s design,
And my heart just won’t accept it when you say you will
never be mine
Your hazel eyes are beautiful, Luscious than any other wine,
Though they were open when you kissed me, Should’ve known
then that you were never mine
Unmindful of the world I stand here, waiting and biding for
time,
And I am ready to be here forever, If only you’ll ever say
that you’re mine
Places and moments and my good old friends, Nothing’s feels
worth even a dime,
And maybe I’ll be myself again, the day you say that you’ll
be mine
Your voice’s still ringing in my ear, Sweeter than any wind
chime
And its melody will never fade away, If only you promise to
be mine
I didn't know nor did anybody ever tell, that loving you
could be such a crime
And Guilty as accused
I stay here, nothing would matter once you’re mine
I wish I could tell me how much I love you, But no words
come out I can only mime
And the day you’ll understand what I mean, Will be the day
that you’ll be mine
My heart never loses hope, always looking for the silver
line
And what does it matter that you don’t understand now, the
day is not far when you’ll be mine
You are trouble they say, I don’t blame them, they haven’t
seen you in your prime
And every trouble I’ll take with unflinching faith, Just promise
that someday you’ll be mine
My heart keeps singing this song for you; the words never
lose their rhyme
Though it’s the meaning that matters, if you get them you will
be mine
I know this isn't easy, nothing worth having ever is, and I have
a mountain to climb
But then I have you on my side, and the hope that you’ll
definitely be mine
You have said that you love me; I wonder what was going
through your mind
Love me don’t love me what do I care, my love will someday
make you mine
So I go on with my life my love, I know it’s only a matter
of time
When you’ll break all the inhibitions, and say to me that
you’re mine
And then the rain will pour on me, giving me the ominous
sign
For then I’ll have you, what is and what will always be
mine.
Could not read this master piece before because i did not have time,
ReplyDeleteNo praise will the suffice the labour you have put for the words to rhyme,
